Dungeon Mirror
A private D&D room where the NPCs remember. Run a browser-first session space for one DM and up to six players. Drop in campaign context, build dangerous or loyal characters, keep the transcript live, and finish with a recap that actually tracks what changed.
Built for one job This is not a generic VTT. It is a private conversational stage where suspicious priests, terrified informants, cruel nobles, and fractured allies can evolve over sessions instead of answering like helpdesk bots.
Live table flow Push-to-talk and text fall back cleanly. NPCs do not pile on. The DM can freeze, possess, redirect, or rewrite the scene mid-session without losing continuity.
After the smoke clears Store the transcript, export it as Markdown or JSON, and generate both DM-safe and player-safe recaps with quest hooks, world changes, and NPC drift captured for the next session.
